Patient Status at a Glance

A digital interpretation of Patient Status at a Glance (PSAG). The system is accessed via large touch screens placed within each ward. The grid allows users to see specific information regarding current inpatients relating to their Care Pathway. Fields are populated with information from iPM, Hybrid and the Care Cluster Assessment Tool. The remaining fields are available to users who input the appropriate information via a touch interface. When a patient is transferred between wards for any amount of time, all information related to that patient is transferred automatically.
